2001 F350 7.3 P0500 VSS signal

Have a 2001 f350 that came from another shop with OD light flashing. Speedo works as should but after 25 mph OD light flashes. Traced wires from ABS module to PCM all ok. According to the schematic the VSS signal is generated from the ABS module. The rear diff sensor had trans OSS sensor have been replaced with OEM parts. The other shop stated bad PCM have tried known good PCM with no change. Also installed ABS module with no change. Getting my ass kicked. Any insight or advice would be great. I can watch the VSS in the gem and abs module.
