CompuStar Manual Trans Auto start.

I have a CompuStar auto start in my 99/02 F250 7.3/Zf6. Sometimes when I enable it so that I can start the truck it goes into alarm mode about 30 seconds after I walk away. So much that I've had the alarm disabled. The shop has tried everything they can think of, anyone have anything similar happen?

I had a ComputStar alarm on my Dodge that had an automatic trans. I had issues with the brain of the alarm getting wet which made it go nuts. Ask the shop to swap the brain out and see what happens after that.
