Moved my son to Denver from Texas two weeks ago, as I have been his mechanic for ever, and he is literally a rocket scientist but can’t do a lot on trucks, he is having issues with his 2003 6.0, one issue is fuel gauge sending unit needs replaced, and I think his draw straw is cracked, but could be something else, any help in a good reputable place I can send him would be greatly appreciated .

Highlands Ranch, lol he is broke down at this moment.
I need help , what do y’all do living in that climate for fuel gelling? Do you have fuel heaters? Or additives? I’m thinking his pump has quit, but worried about fuel gelling at those cold temps, as wear he lives he has to park outside, truck won’t fit in garage.
