Replacement of displacement

I've looked a little but haven't seen anything.. I'm just gettin the hang of this diesel chit.. Keep thinking gassrr.. But has anybody actually changed the physical displacement of a 7.3.. I'm talking to like a say 8.1? Curious..

Only time I remember increasing Cu in was a stroker crankshaft long time ago. Can't remember if it was Jason or House.

stroke is to big already. odds are the crank angle is to great and spit rods out.. cant bore it enough to do much.. .030 is the most i was told they could go before walls are to weak..

Ya that was my next question was the wall thickness.. Like I said curiosity.. Lol kinda like the first tunes ever wrote or thought.. Someone prolly said that won't work lol never know

even those dont get stroked.. very very rare to stroke a diesel. no need.. fuel and air is all thats needed.. well, oil too for our beloved dinosaurs.

I know I love my 7.3.. Just amazes me how one little change can yield results that most gassers paid dearly for lol
