96 F350 Transfer case front yoke

So I may or may not have gotten stuck in a field trying to deliver a 1100lb round bale of hay. When I tried to get myself unstuck I ended up breaking the yoke on the transfer case that goes to the front axle. Does anyone know what part# and where to find it or should I just go get a transfer case from a truck that’s being parted out about 250 miles from me?

Is it actually the tcase yoke? Or the driveshaft yoke?

Can probably just swap the yoke then. I would throw in a new seal though.
