I wired in a light bar this past weekend. When I power on, no problems. When I switch it off, the truck stumbles gauges go crazy, and she tries to die. Although not normal operation, if I flash the light a few times it kills the truck and I have to restart. Anyone seen this before? I'll attach a poorly done MS paint wiring schematic

Sounds like you might be back feeding the system. Grounds ran straight to the battery? 110% positive the relay is wired right?
