Trans tuning holds mine together. I'm around 550hp and I drive mine in the race tune after its all warmed up

In my opinion the 68rfes do not shift well at all. compared to a ford or a chevy trans they feel like they are super loose and sluggish.....kinda like all cummins autos. A tuned and ******d 6.7 cummins has plenty of power and with good trans tuning they feel like powerhouses but its the stock form of the trans that I keep in the back of mind and that is what will keep me from buying one.

With that said, the 4th gen interiors seem to be lightyears ahead of other dodges as far as comfort and ability to hold up against daily use. The trucks are very likeable but then you hop into a ford and it isn't even a comparison in my opinion. So much more plush, comfortable, quiet, etc.

For me, size is part of the equation. The new Ford's are just getting too big. The height and length put them at not fitting in my garage with a plow on as compared to the Dodge. That is a deal breaker for me, I'm not giving up a heated garage!

Im not really bias, i've owned a couple powerstrokes, a couple cummins, even a 6.5L Chevy (which i loved by the way). BUT, with everything i've seen over the last couple years, the 6.7L Powerstrokes are the way to go, hands down...
