Rigid Dually question

Anyone know how hot these light get when they are turned on? I have an idea for installing a set but they would be completely enclosed in a very small housing just larger than the light. Anyone know if they will shut down or get so hot that they would melt plastic that's closely surrounding them? Thanks in advance!

Aren't they led? If so they shouldn't even get warm.

Yup they don't get hot you will be fine, I will say the spot light version are so focused they are junk, the floods work good and so do the diffuser.

The LED's themselves wont get hot, but the circuit boards do, which is why LED lights have the heat sinks on the back of them.

Oh they get quite warm... I don't think hot enough to melt plastic though.
