Front end problem

Hello everyone. I have a 2010 6.4 crew cab with ******* 275 and CAI. Has 150K miles. This week I noticed when I take long turns at speed there is a rough/sluggish feeling in the front left area. I can feel under the driver side. Also the acceleration feels heavy. Almost like if you were in a manual and starting from a stop in 3rd gear. Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks

Are your hubs unlocked? Could be a siezed brake caliper or a bad u joint as well
