Hey guys wondering what kinda power you're making with this setup or something similar. I have a stage two cam, will be getting 330/150's from warren. S475/.83/.90 with race cover, billet wheel and 360 thrust bearing. Truck has an aeromotive pump, RDD stage 2 trans which will be built into a stage 3 if i break it lol. It has a 2200 stall converter right now as well. How will this drive as a single turbo? Weekend cruiser but more track truck.

I have a little less than that, Warren 285/150's and an Engineered S472. Made a little over 670rwhp on fuel and a little over 940rwhp on da juice. That's with 37" tires so factor that in also. Ran 11.49 @ 117.

I would imagine 330's and a 475 would be around 750-800ish on normal tires on fuel. Probably around 1100ish on da juice.

Do you have rods in your truck? What nitrous kit are you running and what size jets?

Hypermax rods. A Nitrous Express 2 stage kit with a .052 first stage and .093 second stage.

I believe it. I ran a 11.6 with 205/75'S and a s369 sxe and supooeting mods. weighed in at 7120 lbs. Never dynoed the setup though

thats getting down, we have a 2wd regular cab that weighs about 6100 with 225/100's and a 369 thats wicked quick going to run & dyno it this spring

I put down 701hp with 205s and s369 on the dyno... truck really wanted more fuel. I did not back the number up at the track, but our dyno is very consistent with track times. Great top end power, but was too laggy for my tastes as a daily driver. I was running a stock stall converter. .040 over delipped pistons, stage 2 cam, ported intake, upgraded intercooler, no limit intake, t500hpop, Ficm tuning, TSD tuning etc... etc... Held a rock solid 4.8v of ICP at 2.4-2.6ms of PW

I think too many people buy huge injectors/turbo... throw it on the truck and expect to make a ton of power. I seriously know people who have done big setups like 250/150s and s369 turbo and only end up with 600-650hp. Then when you ask what boost/ebp/icp/fuel pressure is they have no idea... but they are already thinking they need a much bigger turbo/injectors like 330/150s and s475. Know what I mean?

I'm hoping to hold icp on a stock pump. Warren says the 330/150s are the biggest you can go on a stock hpop. My hpop is fairly new so only time will tell. As far as a waste gate goes for this turbo. Is it needed right away? I was told I'm okay for a bit as long as I watch my ebp and make sure it's not getting too high.

Either way I would monitor ICP and EBP... but to monitor EBP you will need an aftermarket gauge that reads higher than factory.

yes i was surprised for sure on how the truck did on the track. the 69 is a ignorant turbo with the right setup from what i have seen. There is a reg cab short bed close to me that has a 66 in it- not even fun to drive on the street just spins and spins
