Default Let's hear your burger recipe

Here's mine...

4lbs ground hamburger
1.5 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp of worcheshire sauce
1.5 cups of shredded cheese of your flavor
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ seasoning

Mix all together and I make about 6 patties, throw on the grill and cook low and slow. I only flip them twice and don't squish them to flatten them. It dries them out.

Let's hear what you guys do.

my go-to is a bunch of Worcestershire sauce and a bunch of chipotle powder in a bowl, knead the ground beef in it to soak up all the goodness and grill 'em up!

3lbs hamburger meat, 1 lb spicy chorizo, crunched up salt and pepper kettle potato chips, 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 table spoon of Shiracha, stuff with diced onions/mushrooms/and cheese. I always make a thumb dent in the middle of each side so that they stay somewhat flat without having to smash them during cooking.

Pretty lame here but i just mix in some montreal style steak seasoning, let the meat sit for a cpl hours and grill em up.
Sometimes if im feeling wild ill grind up a pound of applewood smoked bacon and mix it in the burger as well.

Mine usually starts with 2.5-3 lbs of whatever lean roast I have available ground up, add a lb or so of ground smoked bacon (heavy smoked I might add). Tony's, Laury's, garlic and onion powder, some of the liquid minced garlic, fine and course grated extra sharp cheddar. Make man sized patties and keep away from fire.

My "secret" burger recipe. I've also added onions to 'em which was pretty good. Just make sure you mix everything thoroughly so you don't bite into any hot-spots.
