Default Let's hear your burger recipe

Here's mine...

4lbs ground hamburger
1.5 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp of worcheshire sauce
1.5 cups of shredded cheese of your flavor
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ seasoning

Mix all together and I make about 6 patties, throw on the grill and cook low and slow. I only flip them twice and don't squish them to flatten them. It dries them out.

Let's hear what you guys do.

my go-to is a bunch of Worcestershire sauce and a bunch of chipotle powder in a bowl, knead the ground beef in it to soak up all the goodness and grill 'em up!

3lbs hamburger meat, 1 lb spicy chorizo, crunched up salt and pepper kettle potato chips, 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 table spoon of Shiracha, stuff with diced onions/mushrooms/and cheese. I always make a thumb dent in the middle of each side so that they stay somewhat flat without having to smash them during cooking.

Pretty lame here but i just mix in some montreal style steak seasoning, let the meat sit for a cpl hours and grill em up.
Sometimes if im feeling wild ill grind up a pound of applewood smoked bacon and mix it in the burger as well.

Depending on how many I'm making... ground beef or deer (we add 20% beef fat to our deer so it's not as lean) cookies flavor enhancer, Lowrys seasoned salt, and Worcestershire sauce... shape meat into a patty, then season both sides with the spices, then douse with worcestershire sauce upon each flip (every 5 minutes) until done to my liking

1 lb ground sirloin
1 lb ground chuck
2 cups of bleu cheese
1 lb of applewood smoked pepper bacon

Cook bacon until basically burnt...extra crispy. Crumble bacon and bleu cheese and mix.

4 burgers, high heat, cooked to medium rare.
