Interested in hybrid injectors...
I'm running dual hpop's with 285/100's and may need to step up the fuel situation here this winter.

what's the biggest drivable injector for the street?

Sorry for the "new guy on a quest for knowledge' question here, but the bigger injector would help down low and would compliment the dual pump setup, correct? What are some of the other advantages in going bigger, and at the same time are there any disadvantages?

I think that question is impossible to get a straight answer on a forum...people have a huge variation on what they think is "streetable" or "driveable". A pro-stock racecar is "driveable" but not much more. Personally, I think guys on here use that term WAY too loosely for their builds. Many of these I would NEVER want to drive on the street, but then again, I hate billowing smoke everywhere I go, and couldn't stand hazing at idle or cruising speeds.

Drivability depends way more on the turbo setup than the injector size doesn't it? Seems like the good tuners can pull fuel back enough even on some of the biggest injectors. I would just ask your tuner

I dont drive a 6l so take it with a grain of salt, but with a properly sized atmosphere (which you have) that baby should be pretty tolerant of most large injectors. I would think you could darn near run anything that is out there.

Man, they must be busy.
Sent an email through their website a few days ago...almost a week...still no reply.
I lost Jesse' cell number, so I can't even send him a text.
Facebook messenger is hit and miss...
I have cores coming, and no go forward plan.

No knocking intended, other people build injectors right?

I really thought I would have heard from someone by now.

Oh well.

Yes, you are right....there is more than one company that builds injectors.
I've tried Ryan Casserlys injectors...which were good.
I've tried Josh's from River City. (Never got to run them, as I sold them when they showed up.)
Tried Warren's a couple times.

Since I'm not going with hybrids, and I haven't heard too much about bigger sized conventionals....I have no idea who to use this time around.

Pis has some decent reviews

...their site only shows 4 options for the Ford 6.0L
Stock replacement injector
Stock replacement injector set
Stock reman injector
Stock reman injector set

Seem like they are more of a 7.3L fan then the 6.0

Drivability is mostly in the nozzle. I personally would go up to a 350/150 conventional.

Hybrids are not the ticket unless you're willing to add some nitrous to the mix imo.

Holders announced a week ago they are building injectors with all the same new parts as the ford remans now.

They just released them and had a special going so they might be backed up on orders now

I have great luck with Holders, he gets them back out fast. I have ran Warren also with good luck, can't go wrong with either.
