Went to install my last on hand filter, and a frickin mouse got at it. Looked online and apparently Oilguard is out of business and URL redirects to some place selling gold plated filters based on the cost. Anyone know of a reasonable priced filter? Otherwise I'll probably just get rid of the bypass setup.

I'm sure that filter is made by someone else. Find the specs of the filter, then go onto the Donaldson website to match up a filter.

What’s the part number on your filter? Does your bypass return into the block and feed from the oil filter housing?

Yea, thats where the oilguard url redirects. I'm just going to ****** this entire setup. Its leaking at canister fittings and the cost of filters makes cost benefit nil. I'd rather do an extra filter change between oil changes or change oil more often.
