Really depends on your power level, rpm range, and desired final drive ratio. Out of the factory choices, 4.10 would be your best bet.

My old truck had 4.10s. If your going for a dedicated pulling truck I would look into 4.88 or even higher. Theres a good calculator online to calculate your final drive ratio depending on trans, transfer case, gears and tire size and then charts for wheel speed per gear and rpm.... I just gotta find it.
