looking for recommendations

Have a 12 f250 and looking for some hid/halo after market head lights

You can do Recon or there are a few other cheaper companys that make some. Your best bet is to buy HIDs and split your factory headlights apart and paint them, put projectors and whatever else you may want to do. JD does pretty good work maybe he will chime in here.

Yeah, recon was a little more $$$$ than I was wanting to spend, was looking at a few on ebay, just not sure what to go with

Also on another subject I'm looking at a 4" zone lift vs 4.5 " rough country lift. ..???

You can get some slick custom ones made for the price of recons! I'd do that for sure.

Zone over Rough Country, but if it were me go with PMF or Icon

They've been simply great to deal with from the start though I have to say. I hope to have my lights in about a week. I cannot lie, another member here was kind enough to share his design from these guys since our respective trucks will surely never be in the same spot and his concept was too perfect to alter. . .:thumbsup:

How do you like them? How is the light output and pattern? Do you have any pictures you can post?

The recon tails are painted tuxedo black and silver accented to match the Platinum gate. Clear lenses.

The heads are double projector (one dummy) in tuxedo black and silver with integrated white/amber halos for driving and turn signals. Clear lenses.

I should have them installed by next week. It's all coming together.
