Deleted 6.7 coolant question here.

So I am also about to order and do the full EGR delete. No Limits kit of course. To the people who have NOT reused their coolant and refilled with the factory Motorcraft orange: Did you just use the Motorcraft orange/distilled water in both the primary and secondary without adding that bottle of Motorcraft VC12 additive? So just 50/50 mix for both, no additive and thats it? Also, roughly how many gallons of the Motorcraft coolant did you have to buy when doing the drain and refill on both the primary and secondary?

Thanks for asking that, BPST! I too am ordering that kit and I was wondering that same thing initially, but forgot to include it in the opening question. Lol.

I had to replace my secondary radiator and its capacity WITH the cooler is just under 3 gallons. I bought the premixed coolant from Ford. I'd say it'd be close to 2.5 gallons without the cooler on there for the secondary system, probably a little under. Can't speak to the primary though.
