Did a search and couldn't find much. Looking at getting a '15-16 but would probably hold off if they don't do much better than my '08. What's some good averages with No limit intake and dele tes?? Real world?? Tire size and gear ratio would be nice as well. I'm at 10-13mpg on the '08 with 4.10 gears and 35" tires no matter what. Trailer, empty w/ tailwind, uphill ect. Averaged over 20k+ miles. Thanks!!! Anyone with aftermarket turbo kits can post up to!!

Stage 2 intake, Midwest intake piping, 3.55 gears, 37" tires, s p a r t a n tuned, and cruising at 65-75 on the interstate I will average 18.5-20.5. Depends on temp and hills ect. Back and forth to work all week and playing around I'll get 14-16. Towing heavy I'll see around 12.

is that the dash reading or hand calculated? do you have speedo calibrated with tires? I haven't heard of any 15-16 getting more than mid teens yet. stock or dereeted...

2015 hand calc'd at just shy of 16 on my daily commute and just shy of 18 on long highway trips. Factory meter is spot on with hand calc. 3:55 and 35's. Standard mods, NL Stage 2, fully deeleeted and Spartaan Warhammer. I drive fast...could be a bit better but my foot is really heavy.

Hand calculated is better then the dash on my truck. It says I'm going 62, I'm actually going 65. So I'm going further/faster at the same rpms then the truck thinks. When I drop back down to 35s the speedo will be much closer. My trip to ft lauderdale from Indiana I could go over 700 miles on a fill up of my factory 38 gallon tank. One tank almost netted 800 miles. They do good when they are in their happy zone.

How accurate are people's dash after being tuned? Mine stock is within 1 mpg.

Mine is a 2012 but thought I could contribute. I averaged 14 with 3:55s and 35s, I averaged 12 with 3:55s and 37s both on factory turbo with Dleeted tuning. I replaced turbo with non-VGT and with 37s I averaged 10-11 and 8 towing, I am now back to factory height and 275/65/20s and I average 15. I have 188k miles on the truck and do a lot of rush hour traffic driving. This weekend on a 300+ round mile trip I was able to squeeze 18 averaging 70 through the hills.

Has anybody tried re-gearing the truck with the larger tires? I put 4.30's in mine, haven't noticed a considerable mileage increase or decrease, but with 37"s it puts the pickup back closer to stock ratio's. Mine seems to get right around 14 in town and about 16 on the interstate, haven't taken it on any highway trips since the fueling and turbo upgrades to see if that changed anything. Close friend states at 80 mph he gets around 18 unloaded in his completely stock 2015.

Stock truck, stock air box, muffler and Tyrant Stock tune. 20-21mpg highway 3.55 stock tires at 70mph. City has been from 14-17mpg. I use keyless start too much. I've never seen a MPG increase on a forced induction engine with the use of an intake.

Mine is 16 with 3.55 gears , 4.5 inch lift, 35x12.5x20 tires, PPEI level 3, no limit stage 2 gets 14 daily driving 16 on highways. Mileage actually dropped when I added no limit stage 2 and PPEI level 3 with same driving habits.

Thanks for the replies!! Sounds like if I keep factory tires and speed 75 or below I should be able to consistently get 17mpg+. Better than the 6.4 but worth it???? Hmmmm.
