Hey pal, I have another question for you if you don't mind. I am planning on running a compound turbo setup 66/88, how much boost do people normally see out of this setup with big hybrid injectors. And do you think this is a good setup for 1,000hp++. I know this setup is very common and people have good luck with it, but do you advise that I go bigger with the compound setup or just stick with that.

That's a better question for a 6.0 guru on here. Which is not me lol

shawn Ellerton has been making over 1000 for a long time. Same with Matt Moroni. Those two guys were pioneers in the 6.0 go-fast world.

a 66/88 should make around 1000, personally i would do a 369/488sxe. You will want to gate it. As for boost, you'll want to go off the tables for the chargers you choose to go with, and tune the gates accordingly. For example, we made 188psi with our UCC truck this year, that was with 2 488sxe's and 594sxe...188psi of boost, and hurt all 3 turbos. More boost doesn't always mean more power.

I think if you did 330/150 hybrids, a 369/488 you'd be damn near 1000hp, and probably run extremely clean and have the truck real street-able.

Thanks for the good info! The reason I was going to go with a 66 is because I already have it from the first build I did on my truck, but I could probably just sell it and buy the 369. I really want this truck to burn as clean as possible. I don't really care for rolling coal. How does a 369/488 spool on the line? Does it need a small shot of nitrous to light them?

Now running this combo 330/150 hybrids and a 369/488sxe's is that 1000hp number on fuel? Or is that with a shot of nitrous? Thanks again for the info it helps a lot hearing from guys with a lot of experience!!

It better be fuel only, or I wasted a bunch of money on injectors.

Don't want to steal the OP's thread but I'm wanting to get in the 900 plus range on fuel and spray to 1000 but I'm wanting to use a single charger. I know Jesse did 1000 with 350/150s, dual pumps and an s475. Would 330/150 hybrids and an s476sxe get me over 900?
