I have been thinking about buying one of these and was wondering if anyone here has one that could comment on it. I think it would be about right for the kind of fabrication I need to do at home.

Which one do you have? They have a few choices including ones with fingers to make more complicated bends.

my buddy bought this same setup and loves it.. great for smaller and items and thinner gauge material will bend thicker with a lil heat, lol

How well do these bend sheet metal? I would like to remake the plastic piece that is between the top of the grill and radiator supports on my truck.

I got the HD Finger Press. Kit is top quality, you wont be disappointed with any of the kits. Troy provides great support and is very easy to get a hold of if you have questions.

Some threads from Pirate about the kit

Swag's thread on it

And if you havent upgraded yet, I would HIGHLY recommend the arbor plates to avoid the HF ones exploding and doing some serious damage
