Fords new WSS-M2C171-F1 spec is met by all of LEs CK4 oils. The switch and spec all happened over the last week. Otherwise I'd have given y'all more of a heads up. But regardless, it's all shaken out from a spec perspective.

So to recap,
8854, 8800, and 8130 all meet the new spec.
8700 and 8730 are CJ4, so currently meet the spec through attrition.

Soooo with the new spec. How much of a drop in anti wear is there?

None in ours, Monolec is our magic unicorn urine. And not monitored by the EPA. Fords concerned with CK4 SN oils, those took a hit. And we removed our only crossovers. I can't speak for others as now the half decade of data I have is useless..... time to start over.

FYI, I just confirmed that outside of Monolec the Zinc and Phosphorus levels have not changed in the move from CJ4 to CK4 either. I know people were freaking out. So no concern there.
