Does Ford have a gasket/seal kit for long block install?

Also, do you know if the the core can be returned to any dealer?

8C3Z-6012-ARM list $10040.34 sell $8567.00 w/exchange (core $3000)
as for a gasket kit they have one for a short block install but as for the long block it would be gaskets as needed. ford has the turbo install kit and the rest would be individual gaskets.
