I figured I would post up some stuff about my truck and see if anybody's interested. I have been seeing a lot of posts about doing a coil/linked/radius/super duty, etc. suspension setup and figured I'd share what I have done with mine. My truck is a 1997 F350 CCLB with a 215 P-pump 12 valve cummins mated to a ZF5 and has been converted for the last 50k miles.
The current engine setup is:
-HT3B 23cm, HX35 12cm with drilled wastegate and slightly hogged out divider.
-5x.012 injectors
-055 delivery valves
-3k gov springs
-AFC Live
-215 pump at 20* timing
-5" downpipe, 4" exhaust
-Freshly milled head (50k ago) with oversized OE cummins gasket
-Stock head bolts, torqued to 130lb's. All the holes in the block were tapped and all the bolts were chased with a die to make sure everything was clean and would torque properly.
Heres a pic of the truck currently:

For the past year I have been working on developing high end aftermarket products for OBS Fords and have been using mine as truck to test everything out on. I just finished a 3 link front end with coilovers that we are turning into a kit for other OBS owners. Here are some of the pics of that stuff:

This setup rides and drives amazingly! Everything is tig welding and cut with a CNC plasma table.

Here are some of future plans for this pickup:
-Hard coolant lines, clean up the wiring, coolant filter system, remote oil filter, etc.
-Dodge AAM 11.5 rear end with self leveling airbag/link setup in the rear.
-Subframe that will reduce the crazy frame flex these trucks have. I am meeting with a mechanical engineer for coming up with a good design that wont lead to cracks in other areas of the frame.

I am sure I am forgetting a ton, but I figured I would share with you guys and see what you think! :Cheer:

Thanks for the kind words!

Yes, they will be available as kits in the near future. We are in the process of moving/building a new shop so out CNC plasma is not in operation. I plan on having this as well as a custom rear suspension on the market by the end of this summer.

Is this kit going to us a obs Dana 60? Or sd axles? Would be awesome if it kept the original 60

It DOES keep the original OBS Dana 60. The idea is to keep from having to use super duty stuff, switching to metric wheels, etc.

About time someone made a 3 link kit! Subscribed for pricing info. :clapping:

Only 2 bolts on the frame link brackets or did you weld them too?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Doesn't seem awfully bad to me considering the quality parts included with kit. Not to mention you'll pay more for an Icon or Carli kit for the superduty that doesn't include coilovers. I'll bite on this kit.

Would the kit have all brackets, steering rods, etc to be complete ready to install?

The steering comes separate, but we will offer a discounted rate for those ordering both suspension and steering.

The two bolts are just there for alignment with factory holes in the frame. Once the brackets are bolted on they get welded to the frame.

Going to put some sway bars on that beast?

Sway bars are in the works. It currently drives really nice without one, but it will make it more stable with one.

Thank you for the compliments. I know the price makes it hard to justify, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. We may offer versions of the kit that will be more budget oriented, but haven't determined how that will look yet.

I don't think the price is bad considering what you would pay for a full traction kit for a superduty!

is that tie rod set up designed to work with a stock f350? I'm sick and tired of replacing parts on a truck that see's maybe 5k a year on it, seems like I turn around and a tie rod is worn out again, they are lifetime but still a pain to mess with
