Is there a way to turn this code off when tuning *** on? I doubt it but thought I'd ask. Truck is setting code every few miles now. Don't want to remove the crap yet but may not have a choice

I changed base turbo and desired table on top to match where I added more fuel in the torque to fuel table. I will get some snap shots later today and post what I changed. No airflow changes

P0401 is EGR flow insufficient. If the valve is functioning properly, it usually indicates that airflow is higher than expected and EGR isn't compensating.

Try setting your pressure tables and feedfoward back to stock and see if it keeps occuring. If it does, make some adjustments (increase) the maximum airflow tables. It's hard to tell without seeing the software directly, but it also appears that all of the airflow tables may not be available (there are many more than what I see listed in your screenshots).

Appreciate the help Matt, I changed those back to stock yesterday and so far it has not produced the code. Will keep driving this weekend and see what happens. So if it stays off your saying I can put those tables back and try raising the max airflow table 10% or so?

Well I thought setting everything back to stock fixed it but it set the code again. Do you think increased rail pressure could cause it? That is the only thing I have not tried. I have a feeling my egr cooler is plugged

Possibly, or the EGR valve hanging closed a bit. Rail pressure changes wouldn't affect it.
