I got metal in my fuel filters, so I need to replace my HPFP and fuel system. I'm running an elite dual fueler kit, air dog, fuel bowl ******/ regulated return. I'm wondering exactly what I need to have replaced and what can be cleaned. The list I have now is as followed:

- Replace both injections pumps
- Replace both fuel rails
- Replace all injections lines (from fuel rails to injectors)
- Replace Fuel Cooler
- Drop and clean the fuel tank
- Flush/ clean fuel lines
- New fuel filters
- Have injectors clean and flow tested

What I have questions on is do I need to worry about my Airdog? Do I need to replace the fuel lines on my dual fueler kit? What am I missing?

Clean the rails, clean the fuel cooler, replace the injectors.

Blow out and clean the returns in the heads, I would pull the banjo bolts out of the head and clean or replace.

So would the hard lines on the dual fueler kit need replaced? I know you are suppose to replace the lines from the rails to the injectors, so I'd assume I would have to replace the lines On the dual fueler as well?

Also will I have issues with my airdog down the road because of this?

The lines on the injectors are 1 time use, on the dual fueler, you should be okay as long as they are cleaned well, I would not replace those lines

any steel fuel line is one time use. They crush when tightened.

Even on the dual fueler kit?
I've had to remove a couple times and they've installed fine.

Any steel line with the flare at the end is technically a one time use part. Sometimes you can get a way with reusing them and not having any leaks but its not technically the correct way to do it. I have reused injector lines as well with no issues but i wouldnt recommend it to others or do it on any vehicle that wasnt mine.
