Trouble loading torque pro 6.7 PIDS

I got a new phone over the weekend and now I can't get the torque pro 6.7 PIDS to load I can't remember how I did it when I go to load custom PIDS. What do I need to do or what am I missing? Because last night I changed my fuel filters and oil and this morning code PO278 popped up. I knew my injectors were going out now I have a code and I'm trying to monitor the balance rates and of course I cleared my other phone so I can't use it either.

The code went out this afternoon and I started to monitor using the forescan and this is what they read.

Anyone know if this is within spec or what they should be with this app?
