160cc broke 500hp

e99 with pmt swap 350k motor
160cc/100% FFD
T4 system BASB Bell Turbo -Irate Diesel - Mattman
Adrenaline hpop
John Woods Race 4r100
Hydra w SDK / Dusty Hogate / ******** / PHP
35s w 3.73 gearing


on a dynojet that has proven accurate numbers, 10 plus trucks have accurate times on the 1/4 to back it. Hpop is weak was only holding about 2600 and haven't done fuel RR yet. I bet we could break the 500 mark with a few tweaks. Thought id share !

Thoughts on why the adrenaline is weak? What size turbo? Not asking specs just general idea, 3", 366 something along those lines.

been told basb is around a 364.5 maybe, no one knows. I think the hpop is just old, truck has 350k and almost 100k on the hpop and injectors. Im sure if i had a little more psi it would make a little more, can't complain though.

I would say damn good numbers for those size injectors.
But it seems to be all in the tuning.
From what I could find BASB is kinda their own line/size.

id be real surprised if that adrenaline is weak. i have abused the ever loving chit out of mine with 170/100s and it is holding the same pressure as it did the day it was installed. has 105k on it..

those are impressive numbers btw. my dually did 497 with the 170s back in 2010 but track times put it at 450.

Very nice numbers, I would be interested to see if your injector pulsewidth isnt a little too high, and whats actually dropping your ICP. I had a similar issue in my race file, and after a few revisions got it fixed. Also brought down EGTs to a less scary number plus the truck runs just as strong. Either way, thats awesome on 160cc injectors!

I bet a very light port/polish on the heads and a cam would put it over. Not sure if it would be worth the ROI though.
