Identifying wires by color

I bought my truck used from a dealer and today I was looking under the driver side dash trying to find the upfitter switch wires. When I found them I noticed #1 and #2 are already wired to something. 1 is wired to a white wire with an orange stripe and 2 is wired to a grey wire with a white stripe. I have no accessory lighting and turning the switches on doesn't seem to do anything.

These wires go into the main harness with the pto and park brake, etc. I read the lable that's wrapped around the harness that identifies all the wires in that harness by wire color but those two are not listed. Any ideas?

set your ebrake and then flick the switch. See if someone has wired it up for high idle.
