Hey guys, been out of the OBSs for a little while and looking to see what options I have. I bought 97 F250 supercab 2wd. I am making it 4wd and looking to keep the truck as low as I can but I do want a RSK.

I see SKY offers a 2" and 3" but retains the OBS springs
2"https://www.skysoffroaddesign.com/collections/ford-suspension-1/products/ford-fsr-002
3"https://www.skysoffroaddesign.com/collections/ford-suspension-1/products/ford-fsr-003

They also offer a 4" and that is for using SuperDuty springs

Then I see they have a "Lo-Pro" hanger for the back of the front springs

Then PMF offers their 2.25" utilizing SuperDuty springs.

I am just curious if anyone has any measurements on any of the SKY kits.
I have a truck with the PMFs 2.25" and I am just looking to compare heights.

If anyone could offer come shock eye to shock eye measurements, that would be Great!!

Also, have any of you used SKYs Frame box kit for the 92-97s to box the frame for adding a RSK? If so, it is worth the $99?

No experience with the aforementioned RSK but if you decide to IC the truck, would the cross bar interfere with IC.

IMHO: with your fabrication skills, I would '05+ swap. Better ride, better brakes, 3.73 gears, etc, etc. You will sell that D60 in a heartbeat.

My Son just installed the Sky RSK with SD springs and used Sky Frame box pieces and they fit well. As we don’t have a welder at home the these worked well for our needs. Iirc he installed the 4” RSK. Currently has Stock F250 4x2 springs on the back with SD stock lift blocks. Center of hub to fender edge is about 27” iirc.

any way you could measure from shock mounting points to make body mount condition out of the equation
