AMP Steps question

So I picked up a used set of AMP steps for my '12. Turns out its a plug and play wiring harness, but I have a tuner on my truck, and don't want to lose my tuner to plug in my steps.

The question is then, I have seen the direct wiring harness for sale, but they require a different controller that has been discontinued.

Anyone have any ideas or advice? The amp research OBD2 splitter (85 bucks is damn rip off for what is normally 9 bucks on amazon) says it wont work with 2011-12 trucks due to PCM conflicts.

Thanks.

Obd splitters are a horrible idea. You can get a pass thru obd harness from AMP

What are you asking for used set, what year of truck, etc? Feel free to PM me. Possibly looking for a set on my 2014 King Ranch instead of the KR steps I have.
