Whats up guys!? Its been a while since Ive been on, but Im back with a few questions about my new build. I sold my 2012 and bought myself a 96 CCSb F250 that im about to start playing with. Ive already got a few performance goodies heading this way, so now im looking at lifting this bad boy up. I would like to run the same thing I had on my super duty which was a 7" lift with 37x13.5r22 on a 22x12 wheel. I like the look and stance and its not so tall its useless.

So heres the deal, Ive been emailing back and forth with the guys over at Sky. They are telling me that their super duty RSK with X code springs and my D60 will net roughly 5.5" of lift for the front and was thinking of running their 6" block for the rear would make it pretty close to level. I know this is what these guys do, but Im finding it hard to believe ill be able to run a 37 on a 12" wheel with 5.5"Ish inches of lift. The way it sits now (Bone stock) its 1.75" taller in the rear. It came to me with some old school 16x8 mags on it with some pizza cutter tires. I recently found a good set of 285/75r16 (32.5") tires to slap on it for the time being just to give it a little better look. I had to trim the bottom of the front bumper to get those to turn.

I hate to say that Im doubting anyones word, but Ive never had to piece a kit together like this and its going to cost north of 2K to do it so I want to make sure I get what I looking for. So please, let me here some of you lifted guys experiences.
Heres a pic of it right after I got it and took the HUGE 1970s looking camper off of it. 154K original and unmolested.

I ran 35x12.50 SSRs on 16.5x9.75 wheels on my 97 f-350 with no lift, just a shimmed front bumper. That truck was apprx 2" higher than yours. Im running 38x12.50 tsls 9.25" wheels with 3.5" backspace on my 87 f-250 with 60F with minor trimming and 2.5" of lift in the front, f-350 4" block in rear

I think you will be fine, may have to trim or shim front bumper

Just say no... :poke:

x2 with Sootie... its way too nice of a truck to be brodozed.

But if you cant help yourself, lol, please don't molest that pristine looking OBS bumper. The later model trucks have more room for big tires all else equal. Its gonna take a healthy lift (~7").

just do a pmf shackle reverse with super duty fronts as low as possible and swap a 60 in. run 35's.

Whats a good pic hosting site these days? I can post a few pictures

these 38's dont rub with crappy 2.5" front lift springs and 60 front and some bumper and minor fender trimming

Lol, well I guess if 7.5" of tire on either side of the wheel is a rubber band then I guess so be it. Any bigger wheel and a Cali lean I will definitely agree with you. Looks like crap. I like my trucks level. Here's the 2012 I had
