Up pipe bellows blowing out

Is there a common logical cause for up pipe bellows to blow out? Is it just ****ty manufacturing or is it likely to be something else that would cause it?

Like exhaust up pipes or the intake boots and plastic cold side connector.

Yea that is the first I have heard of this issue on a 6.7. Factory type up pipes or aftermarket kit?

Aftermarket kit. this is the second set and it's an expensive job. I understand the cab has to come off to replace them.

Manufacturer offers new pipes but who can afford to put new pipes on every 6 months.
