This thread is for sponsors/vendors (or users) to post a list of their dyno/race proven combination of parts and tunes to reach a good reliable 800 and up rwhp - 7.3L build.

The intent is giving users insight of what they need to buy and do to reach their RWHP goals.

It is not open for arguments!

From Diesel Innovations:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

700-800rwhp **

4” down pipe 4” exhaust system
AFE stage II air intake
DI 4-6 position chip with appropriate tunes
DI Stage V B codes with 200% nozzles
Garrett GT(X)4202R turbo, IIS K31 71mm turbo- Nitrous(adjustable)
DI Regulated return kit
Fuelab or equivalent pump,(other pumps can be used just be aware they may not last.
Big oil, Stealth Stage 1(may work not proven) Stage 2 billet pump, Terminator dual pumps.
Headstuds
Upgraded valve springs
High strength push rods
Crower billet rods

Girdle-strongly recommended at this level but not required.

*Can be done on stock cam, but aftermarket cam and head work suggested to increase usable RPM band.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

900-1000rwhp

Working on combination(will update later)

**Keep in mind these are approximate numbers to combinations that we have used and proven to work, I am sure there are other parts that can be used in place(call or ask)
