Single Turbo size for a everyday work truck.

I'm thinking of buying the MPD single pedestal kit and a SXE Turbo. What turbo size would you recommend for a normal everyday truck? I tow and want it to perform the best for that application. The 366 seems popular but what size exhaust housing? Can I run this turbo with no wastegate?

A buddy of mine has stock injectors with a 364.5 sxe and loves it. Tows trucks all the time and it boots pretty good. Spools close to stock and egts aren't too bad.

Its got tons of power and stays nice and cool when towing.
