Alternator signal on cluster PCB?

Anyone know where the signal runs through the PCB in the instrument cluster? I can take more pictures if needed.

I've already changed the alternator, charged the batteries, checked continuity & fuses on PDB and under the dash. Still only charging at 12.5v.

Not sure where it runs they the pcb board. Do you have constant and switched 12 volts at the 2 wire connector on the alt? One is powered through a fusible link at the starter solenoid and the other is fused. There are ton of videos on YouTube. There is one video that has a damaged wire for the optional 2nd alternator under the hood that cause the alternator not to charge.
