Radio froze

Hey guys
My radio got froze this morning and nothing will work can't even turn it off. This did this to me a few years ago and there was a truck to get it unfrozen, but I can't remember what it was. Can anyone help me out thanks

I would disconnect the batteries and touch the terminals together, wait a few minutes, and put them back on.
