Looking to get better gas mileage outta my 6.0...any tips or suggestions? I'm averaging about 13 to 14 mpg which I know isn't too bad but always looking to improve. It isn't a
big deal to me...after all I did buy a diesel!!

when did you change your filters last? I'd start simple...swap out new motorcraft fuel filters, check the diff fluids and tranny fluid. Sometimes simple services and tire air pressure can get you a 1-2 mpg gain.

Make sure the speedo is accurate with the tires/wheel combo. FICM tuning and SCT tuning can help. Is 13-14 HWY or city MPGs?

I just went on a 400 mile one way trip and did 19.4 mpg which was mostly highway. The exhaust and tunes made a good bit of difference.

Ps....no cruise control used, staying around 70-75 mph

Ficm tune, I run an atlas 80 which I got through Swamps, gave me my biggest mileage gain. Cheap mod and then you can go from there. Custom tuning will give some gains too.

Sorry for the late response, been on long change :) I just changed out the fuel filters and did see some increase in economy. I am looking to put exhaust on it pretty soon
