Been running an s369 with 205/100 and ran super good in the beginning, icp was holding 3.4 3.6v no problem, truck was plenty fast and fun. Skip ahead couple months, began to get rough cold starts and signs of stiction ok run some rev x and archoil and it did bandaid the problem. Finally hpop dies. New oem hpop and decided to pull injectors. Cleaned spool valves new oem orings put it back together cold starts awesome runs great but has really low icp at wot.

Talked to ford get a replacement hpop with warranty and same issues. And brand new ipr valve as well.

Now it runs great until i floor it, makes about 2.2 2.5v icp and cuts out and hestiates real bad unless i let up on pedal tiny bit bam jumps up to 3+ v icp and takes off. Soon as you go wot it just hesitates real bad and wont go.

So far ive tried 3 OEM ford hpops, new ipr valve, no leaks with an air test.
Is it possible i messed up something with the spool valve by cleaning them?

You didn’t say anything about hot start issues, so if it starts fine hot, you didn’t hurt the spoolvalves.

3.4-3.6 volts ICP is low, just not as low as 2.2-2.5 volts.

I personally have never seen a stock hpop maintain good ICP with 205’s. Especially with 100% nozzles.

Good tuning will help, but you really need more pump.
