radius arms: 2005-2016 should work. Never heard that they are year specific.
rear leafs: 2005-2007 are your only years to use
front coil/shocks: 2005-2016 should work just fine.

I've got a front/rear set of stock rancho shocks off my 2016. They were pulled at 8200 miles.
