Little cold snap in the northeast so it's sitting in the garage unfortunately. Took a ride out to Mark at Big Time Kustomz on Saturday and put around 300 miles on it. Truck is a blast to drive running Morgan's engine and trans tunes.

I'll get some videos up when I get to a computer.

So how do you like the 467 vs the compounds?

You switched just so it was less complicated underhood?

The drivability of the 467 is amazing really for what it is, it does spool 4-500 Rpms later then the compounds did but really didn't give up much there. The 467 doesn't get all that hot, I had my 34ft enclosed gooseneck on it and couldn't get EGT's over 900* but I will wait for 85-90 degree days for finally judgement. If I had to do it all over again I would have just gone this route to start. I did learn a lot along the way with the compounds which I will use when I get the Reg cab going.

As for switching there were a few reasons why some of which I won't get into but I wanted a truck I could throw the family in and drive and I feel this is it. Single turbo no wastegates to adjust, no blow off valves to fine tune, no looking at BP/Boost gauge to make sure everything is running properly and still be able to beat on. Switching turbo with ease is also a big part of it. I will be trying the new 72mm 10 Blade FMW when it decides to start shipping.

Makes sense, I saw a video Craig made the other day with a 476 on a 6.7 that he tuned and with a stock converter the spoolup was really impressive building boost on the brakes. It was making boost at 1700 rpm, these 6.7's spin s400's no problem

Just saw the new s472 and wish I hadn't.. Dammit.

New Wheels are on it just waiting for Face plates to be done. Pulled around the gooseneck last weekend, it did surprisingly well. Couldn't get EGT's up over 900* even with some heavier cars in the box, Pretty pleased overall.

Just have to put the fresh set of 60% Injectors in from Jared and I think I'm going to leave it alone for a while.
