About to park my 04 6.0 for six maybe seven months. In the past I have always stored vehicles with a full tank including this truck. The last time I parked it with a full tank treated with Power Service Diesel Kleen. Should I leave it with a full tank of fuel or as little as possible? Any fuel treatment recommendations?

Power service with a full tank of fuel.
Be sure to top off the batteries as well and disconnect the negatives.
I park my truck this way every year. Reconnect the batteries in the spring with a tender for a day and she fires right up.
