97 f250 has a surging problem when it's idling if I turn the wheel or pat the throttle it seems like it wants to die but doesn't. Also has a sputter at higher rpms. I replaced the Icp sensor and no change I also checked the screen in the fuel bowl but was clean as a whistle. Does any one have a ideas? It's 5 spd 4x4 so I don't have a range sensor
