Transfer case problem?

I'm getting a slight vibration while driving, gets worse under a load and making hard turns. Hubs and u joints on front end are new.
It's starting to pop out of 4 wheel low and makes a loud bang when it does.
When I turn it makes a pop/clunking noise.
I just serviced the front differential and everything is tight.
I checked the rear differential because the turning had me thinking it may be that but everything is tight there to.
Drained the transfer case and the oil is a little dark but not a spec of metal or anything.
There's atf at the front of the transfer case, not enough to drip but if you clean it off (in the past I have) it comes back.
What else can I do to check the transfer case? Maybe put it on Jack stands?
Thanks for any replies.

Fixed the main cause of the vibration if anyone is interested. Up pipes weren't lined up right. Rubbing the firewall. Sent over the turbo and pedestal again to try and fix the oil leak. Welded everything on the pedestal. I'll post some pictures of what I welded up if it fixes it.
