Question.. truck died after injector seal replaced

Had injector seal replaced on #6, picked it up yesterday. Today headed into work truck died codes P0087 and P0090 popped up (fuel rail pressure low and regulator 1 control circuit/open). Opend the hood, no leaks, all censors plugged in. Truck started back up no problem. Rail pressure would get to 12k psi then fall on its face. Shut the truck back off, reinstalled tune, truck runs fine now. Rail pressure back to normal. My question is, could it have just needed the tune reinstalled, or is there something else lurking?
