replacement rear springs on E99 F350 7.3 4x4

I have broken leaves on both sides of the truck and it's parked until I get them replaced. I don't tow with the truck. Factory springs were U in the front and B in the back.

I'd like to improve the ride if there's an option that doesn't lift the truck. Everything I've been able to find that isn't factory has a lift. Eventually I'd like to put Pro Comp 22210 springs on the front to level it but that may not happen for a little while.

Any suggestions on replacement rear springs?

In my opinion just go back with stock springs or contact deaver or atlas springs and have them custom make you some springs. Ive used atlas a lot with good results.
