I completed my swap in September. I have 7.5" of lift up front with 6"coils, 1.5" Pmf bmc spacer, Pmf solid drag link 1" longer then stock, and Pmf trac bar. My issue is that I do not have enough clearance to run a drop pitman arm and Im replacing the moog problem solver end about every 4K miles. It's the 05 steering box as well. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Where are you running into clearance issues? Looks like you are using the factory 05 trac bar mount.

I just did this to my 2000, no lift yet.

I am using the stock 2000 box and arm reamed out to fit the 06 ball joint.

The 2000 steering arm is about an inch longer than the 05 arm.

It's a 3.5" drop bracket. The the clearance issue with the drop arm is it hits the track bar bracket.

It might just be the trac bar bracket. It's a pro comp 3" drop bracket For a leveling kit. Everything is where it is supposed to be. I've had two shops look at it, neither could figure out the problem. It could also be the box because it came off a wrecked truck.
