F250 Venturi T - 08 Job 1- HELP

Quick question after doing some research about the Venturi T. I recently purchased a 08 6.4 that had the cracked nipple (which is capped off after the recall) which was then glued as a patch. I just replaced the degas bottle, but after some research is looks like the truck never had the Venturi-T installed. Even when the cracked nipple was glued. Do I need to get this done on my truck? Since the degas bottle top nipple si capped and I do not have the recall done ?Am I causing harm to my truck. by running it as it currently is..? What needs to be done (by other pics on the web it looks like I'm missing a coolant hose), I don't wanna cause anymore harm to my rig.

Yes the EGR/*** have been d e l e t e d.

Does removing the EGR eliminate this?

Yes with the EGR deleeted there is no need for the venturi tee. You're all good man.
