Figured I'd toss in a towing update. Got another 5vr to travel for work in. Couldn't be happier with the way the truck hauls. Locking out 6th and setting cruise at 65mph is the ticket. ZERO smoke (1350pw), stellar egts on flat ground and it won't even crack 880° pulling hills. Even lugging 6th at 1700rpm, the egts sit right around 1050° tugging a hill at 72mph. I r fuse to tow that fast but tried it just for s&g's. Managed 12mpg when I left it at 65mph. And merging on the freeway is fun. Absolutely happy with the overall truck combo. Badass street truck that hurts feelings and still works like a horse.
