So for my first real piece I make with my bender I make a 150" 6 bend pain in the ass..... But it came out alright! I'm pretty happy with it (its not welded on there so it's not aligned or anything I just set it on there)

this joint is going to be crazy looking when its finished. there will be a diagonal at each corner like the one im holding. Times like this is when i LOVE my tube notcher

A good notcher makes a huge differrnce. Using a basic notcher and then a grinder to make good notches sucks. Especially when end to end length has to be just right. tube work is looking good.

Wow this thread is really making me want to get a bender and a nice notcher. The end product looks killer and the right tool always makes things so much easier.
