I've got a crazy idea of using 3 turbos but running like a traditional compound setup but instead using a s366 66/74/.91 high pressure turbo and using 2 low pressure turbos s472 72/87/1.0 and s488 88/96/1.32would there be any reason why this wouldn't work

Don’t waste your time. :)
Packaging compounds on a 6.0 is bad enough, a 366/488 will make enough power to scatter plenty of parts, and you wouldn’t gain anything worth having if you put the 472 in there.

What zeb said. Typical compounds are a **** show under the hood. Triples are pretty much race only, as you lose a ton of stuff to fit 3 turbos, a 3 stage compound setup would be a nightmare.

For instance, typical injector swap is a couple hours total on both sides, with the compounds, it took me around 3 1/2 hours to pull my passenger valve cover when I had cracked nozzles... Plus I have to pull the hot pipe to change oil, as it sits right above the oil fill... Its a disaster...
